Branch Manager 1800 - 2000 ₾ Duties: • Ensuring the placement of products on the shelves in the shopping hall, according to the standards developed by the company. • constant control of the cleanliness of the shopping hall, shelves, products, working inventory; • equal and fair distribution of the work to be performed on the subordinate staff; • constant monitoring of work performed by subordinate employees, implementation of corrective measures; • Acquaintance of subordinate employees with their official instructions, work procedures, service standards and internal regulations; • Providing information about discounts and promotions to customers; • Planning and monitoring of store's quarterly plan implementation measures; • Ordering products - if necessary; • Organizing the delivery of relevant documentation to the purchasing and sales department, financial department and human resource management department. Requirements: • Team management experience is essential • Knowledge of the assortment of primary consumer products will be considered an advantage • Knowledge of store management software would be an advantage (Apex, or similar) We offer: • Working schedule: 6 days a week, 08:00-16:00 • Remuneration: 2000₾ (in the trial period I month - 1800₾, II month - 1900₾, from the third month - 2000₾)

ფილიალის მენეჯერი 1800 - 2000 ₾ მოვალეობები: • სავაჭრო დარბაზში არსებულ თაროებზე, პროდუქციის განთავსების უზრუნველყოფა, კომპანიის მიერ შემუშავებული სტანდარტებით. • სავაჭრო დარბაზის, თაროების, პროდუქციის, სამუშაო ინვენტარის სისუფთავის მუდმივი კონტროლი; • დაქვემდებარებულ პერსონალზე შესასრულებელი სამუშაოს თანაბარი და სამართლიანი გადანაწილება; • დაქვემდებარებული თანამშრომლების მიერ შესრულებული სამუშაოს მუდმივი მონიტორინგი, მაკორექტირებელი ღონისძიებების განხორციელება; • დაქვემდებარებული თანამშრომლებისათვის მათი თანამდებობრივი ინსტრუქციის, სამუშაო პროცედურების, მომსახურების სტანდარტებისა და შინაგანაწესის გაცნობა; • მომხმარებელთათვის ფასდაკლებებისა და აქციების შესახებ ინფორმაციის მიწოდების უზრუნველყოფა; • მაღაზიის კვარტალური გეგმის შესრულების ღონისძიებების დაგეგმვა, მონიტორინგი; • პროდუქციის შეკვეთა - საჭიროების შემთხვევაში; • შესყიდვებისა და გაყიდვების სამსახურის, ფინანსური განყოფილების და ადამიანური რესურსების მართვის განყოფილებისათვის შესაბამისი დოკუმენტაციის მიწოდების ორგანიზება. მოთხოვნები: • აუცილებელია გუნდის მართვის გამოცდილება • პირველადი მოხმარების პროდუქციის ასორტიმენტის ცოდნა ჩაითვლება უპირატესობად • მაღაზიის მართვის პროგრამის ცოდნა ჩაითვლება უპირატესობად (აპექსი, ან მსგავსი) ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • სამუშაო გრაფიკი: კვირაში 6 დღე, 08:00-16:00 • ანაზღაურება: 2000₾ (გამოსაცდელ პერიოდში I თვე - 1800₾, II თვე - 1900₾, მესამე თვიდან - 2000₾)
