WE ARE Looking FOR AN Operations Coordinator | Batumi We are looking for a person for a furniture company who will coordinate the daily work of the company: sales → orders → warehouse → delivery → assembly → service → employees. What to do: • control the work of employees and the completion of tasks; • monitor sales and reporting; • control orders, deliveries and shipments; • work with MoySklad, CRM, tables; • control the site and technical processes; • collect information, find problems and report them to the manager in a timely manner. Important: advanced PC user. Excel/Google Sheets, formulas, macros, MoySklad, CRM. The ability to independently figure out a website/hosting is a big plus. We are looking for: a responsible, systematic person who is very attentive to numbers, who does not lose anything, knows how to control processes and completes tasks. Knowledge of Georgian is a big plus. 2,000 ₾ salary + up to 1,000 ₾ bonus 5/2, Tuesday–Saturday Batumi To respond, send your resume and briefly write what programs and systems you have worked with.
