Second store manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Monitoring of processes in the store and timely response in case of violations • Visual design of the store conforming to the company's standards • Arrangement and rotation of goods in the store hall and warehouse • Implementation of the sales plan • Ensuring the appropriate level of service in the store • Management of store administrative processes • Store personnel management: selection, development, certification, motivation Requirements: • Higher education • Experience of working in a similar position • Knowledge of English and Russian is mandatory • Knowledge of office computer programs • Experience working in the 1C program (preferred) We offer: • Friendly and development-oriented working environment • The possibility of career advancement/promotion • Increasing pay • Discount on DeFacto's range of products
