What to do: • Participate in projects for the implementation and integration of solutions for banks and financial organizations. • Collect, analyze and document customer business requirements. • Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical team. • Participate in the design of integration solutions for clients’ business tasks. • Analyze business processes and propose functional solutions. • Prepare project documentation, functional and design specifications. • Describe the interfaces of interaction between information systems. • Form requirements and tasks for the development team. • Participate in discussions about solution architectures with technical specialists. We expect from the candidate: • Proficiency in Spanish at a level of at least B2. • Proficiency in English at a level not lower than B2. • Higher education (or final year) in the field of information technology, economics, finance or related fields. • Up to 1-2 years of experience in a business analyst role or experience in banking, fintech or payment systems. • Understanding of the operating principles of banking products, financial systems or payment infrastructure. • Skills in analyzing and formalizing business requirements. • Ability to structure information and work with documentation. • Analytical thinking, attention to detail and desire to develop in the field of business analysis. Will be a plus: • Experience in preparing design documentation or functional specifications. • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence. • Knowledge of software development life cycle (Sdlc). • Experience interacting with developers and testers. • Experience in providing training to clients. • Participation in workshops, presentations or meetings with customers. • Understanding of systems integration principles (Rest API, Soap, XML, Json). Будет плюсом: • Опыт подготовки проектной документации или функциональных спецификаций. • Опыт работы с Atlassian Jira и Confluence. • Знание жизненного цикла разработки ПО (Sdlc). • Опыт взаимодействия с разработчиками и тестировщиками. • Опыт проведения обучений для клиентов. • Участие в воркшопах, презентациях или встречах с заказчиками. • Понимание принципов интеграции систем (Rest API, Soap, XML, Json).
