Project Manager 1800 - 5000 ₾ Duties: • Finding new clients and projects • Management of the complete sales process • Getting to know projects, processing technical information and defining needs • Conducting negotiations with clients and signing contracts • Preparation of commercial offers and invoices • Project management from order receipt to full completion of works • Coordination of the project progress with the client and the installation team Requirements: • Higher education in business administration, management, marketing or other relevant field • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development • Experience in successfully conducting business negotiations and signing contracts • Experience in project planning, management and coordination • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience working with DWG format files will be an advantage • Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language • Knowledge of English or Russian language will be considered an advantage • Category B driving license will be considered an advantage • Experience working with construction companies or construction projects will be considered an advantage • Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate • Organization and ability to effectively manage time • Focus on results and customers • High sense of responsibility • Ability to work independently and in a team • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills • Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously • Initiative and ability to make decisions quickly • Managerial skills • Ability to negotiate • Effective management of a problematic situation We offer: • Working hours: from 10:00 to 19:00 • Working days: Monday to Friday • Orderly and comfortable working environment • Compliance with labor safety standards • Fixed salary and bonus system based on results • Opportunity for professional development and career advancement • Friendly and cooperation-oriented team
