Provision of courier services at the customer's request • Providing information related to shipments (status, location, delivery dates) and prompt processing of requests Requirements: • Knowledge of Russian and English languages (desirable) • Knowledge of computer office programs • Ability to work independently and in a team • High sense of responsibility • Kindness, courtesy, promptness and detail oriented • Ability to plan and manage time
