Duties: • Control the universal key and follow security standards • Identify the guest's luggage, escort the guest to the room with their own luggage and provide general information about the room • In case of receiving groups, quickly, timely and organized to identify, collect and deliver the luggage to the destination • To establish close relations with employees of other departments • Organizing and managing the luggage room • Switching on/off the lights on the internal and external perimeter • To have complete information about the hotel, spaces, services • To know the information about the sights located in the city • To follow the standards of the facility: to wear a neat uniform Requirements: • Knowledge of the English language • Good communication skills • Ability to manage time We offer: • Salary: 67 GEL per shift
