Hvac engineer-specialist Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Daily monitoring, debugging and maintenance of central cooling systems (chillers), split/multisplit air conditioners and air handling units (AHU) • Control of air flows and temperature regimes of ventilation systems in different areas of the clinic • Diagnosis of electronic control blocks (boards) of ventilation-conditioning and heating systems • On-site repair of damaged control boards, component recovery/replacement and system calibration • Constant monitoring of internal and external air filters • Timely cleaning of filters, scheduled replacement and control of air cleanliness (following clinical standards) • Ensuring proper and safe operation of the boiler of the clinic • Control/service of pressure, temperature and circulation pumps of heating systems • Maintaining and recording the schedule of planned preventive works (PPM). • Prompt response and timely elimination of the problem during emergency interruptions Requirements: • Technical or vocational education in electronics, engineering, or Hvac • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics (reading diagrams, working with maintenance equipment, repairing circuit boards) • At least 2 years of practical experience in servicing chillers, AHU units and ventilation systems • Real experience in repairing control boards and automatics • Experience working with boiler systems • High sense of responsibility and detail oriented • Ability to quickly diagnose and solve problems • Ability to work in a team and strictly adhere to safety rules
