Branch Manager 2000 - 2500 ₾ Duties: • Organization and control of the daily activities of the store • Ensuring the execution of the sales plan • Effective management of trade space and control of the correct placement of products • Management of stocks, orders and coordination with the warehouse • Ensuring a high standard of customer service • Monitoring sales figures and working on improvement • Analysis of customer feedback and appropriate response • Organization of the work process of store employees • Evaluation, motivation and development of employees • Control of labor discipline and compliance with company standards Requirements: • At least 2-3 years of work experience in the field of retail trade, including in a managerial position • Knowledge of sales and customer service processes • Experience in inventory and warehouse operations management • Strong organizational and communication skills • High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team • Knowledge of office programs We offer: • Bonus • Working format: full, On-site • Work schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours • Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00
