Head of Production 4000 ₾ Duties: • Planning, management and coordination of daily activities of production and installation groups • Planning of works and redistribution of employees according to the specifics of the projects • Determination of work deadlines, monitoring of execution process and quality control • Participation in the planning of complex and non-standard projects, development of technical solutions and assessment of their feasibility • Controlling the proper operation of the machines in the enterprise and organizing the involvement of appropriate service or specialists in case of technical failure. • Control of spending and efficient use of materials used in production • Coordinating with the Procurement Department to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials required for projects • Promptly solving technical and organizational problems arising in the production and installation process • Ensuring compliance with labor safety norms in the production and installation process, controlling compliance with safety rules by employees and promoting a safe working environment • Coordinating the activities of various departments involved in the projects in order to run the processes smoothly Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience working in a technical manager, production manager or similar position • Practical experience of team management and organization of production processes • Ability to read technical drawings well • Knowledge of production processes • Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems quickly • High sense of responsibility, organization and detail oriented • Possession of category B driver's license • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs We offer: • Stable and long-term cooperation • The opportunity to work on interesting and diverse projects • Opportunity for professional growth and development • Remuneration-4000 GEL (net) • Health insurance
