Branch Manager 2500 - 4000 ₾ Duties: • Effectively organize and manage the daily activities of the branch • Ensuring the execution of the sales plan, analyzing the results and working on improvements • Team management, motivation, development and monitoring of individual results of employees • Active participation in the process of selecting branch employees and fully staffing the team • Ensuring the adaptation of new employees and effective inclusion in the work process • Planning the work schedule of employees, effective distribution and control of work discipline • Control of sales of priority and profitable products • Ensuring a high standard of customer service and effectively managing problematic situations • Control of trade hall, stands, product placement and company operating standards • Creating a healthy, fair and results-oriented work environment in the team • Periodic reporting to the director about the branch's results and existing challenges • Development and implementation of initiatives to improve sales, service and work processes Requirements: • Experience working in a managerial position • Strong team management and leadership skills • Ability to select, motivate and develop employees • Orientation to results and a high sense of responsibility • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to independently solve problems and make decisions • Analytical thinking • Knowledge of office computer programs We offer: • Fixed salary — 2,500 ₾ • Result-based KPI bonus — 1,500 ₾ • Total compensation — 4,000 ₾ in case of full performance of KPI • 40-hour work schedule per week • Stable and development-oriented work environment • The possibility of professional and career development • Independence in team management within company standards • The opportunity to directly influence the development and results of the branch
