Sales and Customer Service Specialist Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Providing consultation to customers, helping in product selection • Receiving and selling orders, both from the office, as well as over the phone and the Internet • Knowledge of products presented in the company • Receiving and arranging products, accounting • Preparation of Smart TV Boxes and other products for sale (installation of applications, updating, configuration of parameters, packaging) • Customer service and technical support, both in the office and remotely • Communication with post-couriers • Involvement in the inventory process • Fulfillment of tasks given by the supervisor Requirements: • Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language (mandatory) • Knowledge of English and/or Russian language (preferred) • Good knowledge of computer programs (Windows, Microsoft Office, OneNote, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets, internet browsers, e-mail, working with messengers: WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Telegram) • Basic knowledge of the Android operating system (installing applications, setting settings) • Knowledge of AnyDesk, TeamViewer and other remote control programs • Quick learning ability and willingness to learn new technologies • Experience in sales or customer service (preferred) • High responsibility and detail orientation • Polite and fluent speech, energetic, positive, orderly • Ability to work in a team, to fulfill the established standards of the company • Ability to easily absorb news and follow instructions from the supervisor We offer: • Competitive remuneration • Training in all work processes • The possibility of professional development • Comfortable, friendly and supportive work environment
