We are looking for a customer service manager for a German online school Our school provides additional education for Ukrainian schoolchildren in Germany. We are looking for an employee to process incoming customer requests. Responsibilities: respond to messages and calls from interested clients; tell parents about our school, activities and conditions; advise on training issues; draw up and conclude contracts with clients; enter customer information into Excel and our CRM system. Requirements: fluency in Russian and Ukrainian languages; Basic knowledge of Excel is required; confident computer user; desire to communicate with clients and talk on the phone; responsibility, competent speech and organization. Experience in sales, customer service, administration, language school or education will be an advantage. Conditions: completely remote work; ideal employment 40 hours per week; salary from 500 € per month, depending on the number of incoming applications and the amount of work; long-term cooperation.
