Architect-designer (full cycle: design + calculations) A construction engineering company requires a specialist capable of managing a project from sketch to working documentation. Responsibilities: · Development of architectural solutions and structural units; · Detailed design of façade, load-bearing and enclosing structures; · Performing static, wind and strength calculations and loads of structural elements; · Project management in selected software (Autodesk, ArchiCAD, Revit, etc.). Requirements: · Experience working with structural elements (metal, reinforced concrete, wood, composite); · Knowledge of specialized software at the advanced user level; · Understanding of strength of materials and the ability to calculate wind, snow and operational loads; · Availability of a portfolio of implemented/designed objects. Experience working with high-rise buildings is preferred! Conditions: Schedule 5/2, work in the office, but partly possible remotely. Архитектор-конструктор (полный цикл: проектирование + расчеты) В строительно-инженерную команию требуется специалист, способный вести объект от эскиза до рабочей документации. Обязанности: · Разработка архитектурных решений и конструктивных узлов; · Детальная проработка фасадных, несущих и ограждающих конструкций; · Выполнение статических, ветровых и прочностных расчетов и нагрузок конструкционных элементов; · Ведение проекта в выбранном ПО (Autodesk, ArchiCAD, Revit и др.). Требования: · Опыт работы с конструкционными элементами (металл, железобетон, дерево, композит); · Владение специализированным софтом на уровне продвинутого пользователя; · Понимание сопромата и умение считать ветровые, снеговые и эксплуатационные нагрузки; · Наличие портфолио реализованных/спроектированных объектов. Опыт работы с высотными зданиями приветствуется! Условия: График 5/2, работа в офисе, но частично можно удаленно. Официальное оформление, ЗП от 1000$ в зависимости от навыков и опыта.
