Duties: • Timely and quality preparation of dishes according to orders • Participate/ensure food preparation and serving, presentation process • Effective use of kitchen supplies, control and ordering when necessary • Pre-registration of food technology cards and participation in the process • Planning the working day of the kitchen staff and allocating current processes • Conducting detailed training for employees, about installed facilities and devices, as well as safety rules • Compliance with quality, hygiene and labor safety standards • Ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen • Following other instructions of the chef Requirements: • Agility and time management skills • Ability to work in a team • Organization • Punctuality • Experience working in a similar position, preferably in the hotel field • Vocational education in the field of food and beverages (preferred)
