order operator 1500 ₾ Duties: • Processing of orders received from the partner companies and the sales department and software subscription • Verifying prices and barcodes during order processing, identifying discrepancies and communicating with sales managers when necessary • Agreement on the delivery terms of programmed orders with the head and responsible persons of the sales department • Management of invoices for orders to be delivered to customers (upload, correction, cancellation) • Software preparation of product returns, loading of invoices and adjustments as necessary • Participating in the programmatic transfer and write-off process of delayed products to the appropriate warehouse • Management of balances and internal movements in the work program Requirements: • Higher education • Experience working in Apex software • Working experience at Rs.ge • Knowledge of MS Office programs • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred We offer: • Opportunity for professional growth • Health insurance • Ability to use Fitpass • Providing transportation (from the metro) • Special discount on products
