Barista Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Preparation of different types of hot and cold coffees • Detailed knowledge of the coffee menu and their description for customers • Adherence to coffee menu and dessert safety procedures • Maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe in accordance with the requirements • Polite and fast service, maintaining a positive attitude • Knowledge of one or more positions in the cafe and the ability to work on them • Have detailed information on the full composition of the menu and be able to describe the composition of the dishes • Ensure all policies, procedures and standards are followed in the restaurant Requirements: • Experience working as a barista • Good ability to adapt to news and changes • Skills of efficient distribution and management of working time • Ability to work in a tense mode, in a fast work rhythm • Knowledge of English and Russian languages (preferred) We offer: • Remuneration: 6, 11 GEL per hour + tips + 1.2% after 1 month of sales (overtime paid +20%) • Work schedule: 2X2, 12 hours, 15 days a month, flexible • Medical insurance • Nutrition
