Technical manager of repair projects 2500 - 6000 ₾ Duties: • Measurement of the object and participation in the planning of works • Organization and control of stages of the repair process • Coordination of craftsmen and acceptance of completed works • Quality control of hidden and finishing works • Participation in determining the amount of materials • Material ordering, delivery and balance control • Monitoring of work schedule and deadlines • Preparing a regular photo-video report from the facility • Professional communication with the client on current issues • Detecting defects and organizing their timely correction • Coordination of project delivery and warranty issues Requirements: • Practical knowledge of apartment repair processes • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar direction • Basic understanding of technical and architectural drawings • Ability to measure the object • Basic experience of counting materials and work volumes • Responsibility, organization and detail orientation • Clear and result-oriented communication with craftsmen • Ability to communicate correctly with the client • Driving license • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets • Preference: Construction, architectural or engineering education We offer: • Fixed salary — 1,500 GEL (cash on hand) • 20% of the real profit of the project managed by him will be added to the fixed remuneration • Fuel for moving between objects based on the number of active projects
