Marketing specialist Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Daily communication with branch managers to identify marketing needs • Controlling the correct placement/delivery of internal marketing standards, branding and visual materials • Processing and timely response to incoming requests from branch managers (printing materials, menus, etc.) • Communication with printers, advertising companies and suppliers • Price comparison of materials/inventory to be ordered, ordering, quality and lead time control • Participation in the planning of internal and external marketing events, activities and technical/organizational support • Management of inventory and on-site installation/disassembly processes • Monitoring of processes during events • Reporting to a personal supervisor Requirements: • Higher education/graduate student - majoring in marketing and/or business administration • Experience working as a marketing specialist is desirable • Knowledge of the English language at the communication level, both in writing and verbally • Ability to communicate (writing/speaking) in the Georgian language • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required • Organization • Ability to plan and manage processes • Sense of responsibility

მარკეტინგის სპეციალისტი ხელფასი შეთანხმებით. მოვალეობები: • ფილიალების ხელმძღვანელებთან ყოველდღიური კომუნიკაცია მარკეტინგული საჭიროებების იდენტიფიცირებისთვის • შიდა მარკეტინგული სტანდარტების, ბრენდინგისა და ვიზუალური მასალების სწორი განთავსების/მოწოდების კონტროლი • ფილიალების ხელმძღვანელების მხრიდან შემოსული მოთხოვნების (საბეჭდი მასალები, მენიუები და ა.შ.) დამუშავება და დროული რეაგირება • სტამბებთან, სარეკლამო კომპანიებთან და მომწოდებლებთან კომუნიკაცია • შესაკვეთი მასალების/ინვენტარის ფასების შედარება, შეკვეთა, ხარისხისა და შესრულების ვადების კონტროლი • შიდა და გარე მარკეტინგული ღონისძიებების, აქტივობების დაგეგმვაში მონაწილეობა და ტექნიკური/ორგანიზაციული მხარდაჭერა • ინვენტარისა და ადგილზე მონტაჟი/დემონტაჟის პროცესების მართვა • ღონისძიებების მიმდინარეობისას პროცესების მონიტორინგი • რეპორტინგი პირად ხელმძღვანელთან მოთხოვნები: • უმაღლესი განათლება/დამამთავრებელი კურსის სტუდენტი - მარკეტინგის ან/და ბიზნეს ადმინისტრირების განხრით • სასურველია მარკეტინგის სპეციალისტის პოზიციაზე მუშაობის გამოცდილება • ინგლისური ენის საკომუნიკაციო დონეზე ცოდნა როგორც წერილობით, ასევე ვერბალურად • ქართულ ენაზე გამართულად კომუნიკაციის (წერა/მეტყველება) უნარი • აუცილებელია Microsoft Office-ის ცოდნა • ორგანიზებულობა • პროცესების დაგეგმვისა და მართვის უნარი • პასუხისმგებლობის გრძნობა
