Assistant to the founder of a real estate agency 1200 ₾ Duties: • Responding to incoming messages and requests in a timely and professional manner • Daily communication with customers • Upload, update and manage real estate listings • Constant updating of information on existing announcements • Help in organizing work processes • Performing current tasks of the founder of the agency • Organizing information and documentation • Involvement in effective management of daily operational processes Requirements: • Knowledge of the English language — at least at an intermediate level (B1/B2) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Good communication skills • High sense of responsibility • Punctuality and organization • Orientation to details • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information • Ability to perform tasks in a timely and quality manner • Experience in real estate or similar position preferred We offer: • bonuses; The bonus system will depend on the results of work and the quality of performance
