Objects Operations Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Organization and control of stock inventory at all four facilities according to the established standard • Training/instructing staff — how to perform inventory counts • Regular visits to the facilities and control of the work of the cafe-restaurant staff • Supervision of work discipline and service standards • Detecting stock shortages or other discrepancies and providing relevant information to management • Prompt detection and resolution of problems on the spot • Weekly written reports on inventory status, staff performance and identified issues • Preparation of bylaws Requirements: • High sense of responsibility and organization • Communication and management skills • Communicability and ability to work in a team • Intermediate level knowledge of Word and Excel We offer: • 8-hour work schedule • Stable pay • Opportunity to grow and develop in a fast growing company
