Social Media Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Daily management of the company's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). • Developing a monthly content plan and writing creative texts • Independent creation of digital visuals for social networks • Taking photo/video material from construction sites and editing short videos (Reels, TikTok). • Responding to messages and comments in social networks in a timely and friendly manner • Plan activities with marketing manager to support sales Requirements: • At least 1 year of work experience in SMM position • Proficiency in online graphics tools (Canva) or graphics programs (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) to create social media posts • Good knowledge of mobile video shooting and editing applications (CapCut, VN). • Ability to write and communicate in fluent Georgian literary language • Experience in the real estate sector will be considered an advantage We offer: • Competitive pay • Friendly, development-oriented team • Creative freedom to implement ideas • Stable working environment
