Duties: • Recording, processing and systematization of data related to port and terminal operations • Timely and accurate reflection of information about performed operations and services in relevant programs and databases • Production, processing and arrangement of transport and operational documentation • Checking the correctness and compliance of primary data and documentation • Preparation of daily, periodical and other necessary reports • Compliance with the company's internal procedures, rules and standards Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar or relevant position • Knowledge of office programs (MS Office), especially the ability to use MS Excel in practice • Knowledge of English and Russian language — not less than intermediate level, including knowledge of transport and logistics terminology • Experience working in a port, terminal, transportation or logistics field will be considered an advantage • High sense of responsibility • Accuracy and detail oriented • Analytical and logical thinking • Ability to effectively manage time and determine work priorities • Organization and discipline • Ability to work in a team • Ability to work effectively in a busy work environment We offer: • Medical insurance • Nutrition
