We are looking for a chef for the Italian restaurant Celentano, located in Dilijan. We need not just a chef, but a person who will join our team. We provide free accommodation on the premises of the restaurant. Important: we have a real Neapolitan wood-burning oven. We need someone who can work with her effectively. Responsibilities: Kitchen management: preparing meals according to the menu developed by the chef, including breakfast for the hotel. Full responsibility for preparing pizza and knowledge of its preparation techniques. Our candidate and what we are looking for: Ability to operate a wood stove. Knowledge of flour, real Italian pizza and other main dishes. Knowledge of kitchen operations and responsibilities, ability to listen and collaborate with the Facility Manager.
