Contact Center Operator - Day Shift 1350 ₾ Duties: • Receiving incoming calls and written communications and responding accordingly based on the content of the call/letter • Customer service within the scope of competence • Timely response to customer problems and other issues • Ensuring the execution of defined plans Requirements: • Higher education with a bachelor's degree • Preferably in the field of banking, economics or finance • At least 4 months of experience in a similar position or in the financial field • Knowledge of the Georgian language is mandatory, knowledge of the Russian/English language is preferred • Knowledge of office programs • Organized • Fluent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to identify and respond to problems • Communication and negotiation skills • Ability to avoid conflicts • High sense of responsibility We offer: • Salary: 1350 Gross
