We’re Hiring: Senior IT Support Specialist (Night Shift) Location: Belgrade, Serbia (On-site) Shift: 18:00 to 02:00 | 5 days/week We’re looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist with 2 to 3 years of IT support experience to monitor IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, manage incidents, and ensure SLA compliance during night shifts. Requirements: • 2 to 3 years of IT Support / Service Desk experience • Strong knowledge of Windows, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Dhcp), VPN, RDP & VoIP • Experience with ticketing systems and incident management • Excellent English communication skills If you’re proactive, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
