Branch Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Management of administrative and medical processes of the branch • Provision of financial and medical reporting • Monitoring the quality of patient services • Ensuring service availability, continuity and security • Provision of medical, preventive and administrative activities held in the institution • Control over the proper performance of the official duties of the branch employees within the scope of his competence • Analyzing the activities of the branch and submitting to the Director General projects for improving the forms and methods of work based on its performance • Implementation and supervision, adherence to developed clinical procedure guidelines and protocols • Responsibility for service and labor discipline in the branch, compliance with ethical norms and proper performance of official duties by employees of the institution • Control of medical documentation • Control of proper operation in accordance with the quality standards of the branch Requirements: • Healthcare management, higher medical education • Knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel) • Thorough knowledge of medical quality and safety standards • At least 3 years of experience in the same position • Ability to organize and manage processes • Ability to work in a team • High sense of responsibility • Detail oriented
