We are building a pool of IT professionals whom we can offer suitable part-time projects and full-time positions as they become available. Most often (a loose rule), the rates are $30–$35 $40 gross/h. If you: *Ready to receive payments as a registered individual entrepreneur; *Have 3+ years of professional experience in a popular field ; *Are interested in receiving part-time project / full-time remote; Then: You can join our talent pool. How it works: You send us your CV and join an individual Telegram chat. Only you and Forrards representatives will be in the chat. When a suitable vacancy or project becomes available, we contact you in this chat and offer you the opportunity to consider it. If the offer is not suitable for you, you simply decline it. There are no obligations. New vacancies and projects appear literally every working day. We most often work with: DevOps/SRE, DBA, Systems Engineers, Azure / Cloud, Data Engineering, .NET.
